Refund Policy

If you would like to return a faulty, damaged, unwanted or incorrect product, just follow the instructions below.


Don’t want it? Send it back.

If you don’t want it, just cancel your order or send it back within 30 days, no quibbles. As long as you haven’t used it, damaged it or messed up the packaging, we’ll refund you within 14 days.

Just contact us. For any purchase via Amazon, please refer to Amazon’s respective market place refund policy.


What happens if I don’t have all the packaging or something?

If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Something isn’t right with my order

Please notify us of any items received damaged or items missing from an order within 3 days of receipt. Please contact us.


Faulty items

We hate it when this happens, but unfortunately things do occasionally go wrong. If something isn’t right with your product, you can send it back and we’ll get you a new one sent out, if that’s what you want.

If you think your item is faulty please contact us. The manufacturer’s product guarantee terms and conditions will apply. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
