What if my appliance is faulty?
For faulty appliances, firstly ensure you have referred to your owner's manual and performed any troubleshooting following the steps further down this page. If this hasn't resolved the problem and the fault remains, check that your product is within the warranty period and return it to the place of purchase along with your receipt.
What is the guarantee on my appliance?
The details of your guarantee can be found in your owner's manual or alternatively on the product page on the website. We recommend registering your product after purchase to help reduce time if there is any issues.
Has my product been registered?
Once you have registered your product you will receive an email confirming your registration.
How do I claim on my guarantee?
In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your product, simply Contact Us form on our website. You will need to retain your purchase receipt, as our team will ask for this along with the model and serial number, which can usually be found on the base or back of your product.
Our guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out in the terms and condition and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage. This guarantee is offered as an additional benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Kettles
Why is the inside bottom of my kettle a dark colour?
The dark colour is scale deposits caused by minerals in your water. Using a de-scaler solution which can be purchased from your local supermarket, will help resolve the problem. We recommend regular maintenance cleaning of the internal part of your kettle to remove the build-up caused by the minerals in the water.
Why is my kettle is shorting power?
Check that your warranty is registered and within date, then please attached your receipt for reference.
How should I descale my kettle?
Remove hard scale using a proprietary descaling product suitable for stainless steel, glass, or plastic. Please follow the cleaning products instructions carefully in your user manual. Ensure that the electrical connections are completely dry before using your kettle
Why are there white spots on the bottom of the kettle?
Small white spots appearing on the heating element and inside the kettle is due to scale build-up over time. Although scale is harmless, too much scale can slow the performance of your kettle. Descale your kettle regularly to pro long the life of your kettle.
